  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering (related courses could be considered)
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in sales
  • Knowledge in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, problem solving and time management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel (Outside Metro Manila)
  • Driving skills with license

Job Summary:

  • Promotes sales and provides sale support to customers in the manufacturing sector. Identifies customer’s needs and create sales opportunities by providing technical solutions to their needs and requirements.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recognise potential industries and customers through telemarketing, web browsing and frequent customer visits.
  • Conduct presentation on the technical and commercial aspects of the company’s major products with emphasis on improved efficiency, cost/benefits analysis, along with other pertinent factors
    deemed important by the customers.
  • Generate daily sales call reports which will form part of customer records for quick addressing of needs
    and requirements.
  • Generate monthly sales forecasts to determine critical and closable sales and give preference to these deals.
  • Generate annual business plan which will serve as guide in planning marketing and sales strategies.
  • Enhance marketing strategies and promotions by conducting training workshops, active participation
    in trade shows and exhibits, and other marketing events for the manufacturing sector.
  • Update management with regards to the sales and qualification plans and as well as highlight issues that
    need to be addressed.
  • Develop good customer relations by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving customer
    issues and problems.
  • Monitor the competition and initiate ideas to win the competition through continuous research on key
    competitors in the market and generating features/benefits analysis and price comparison reports.
  • Provide good quality service providing free consultation, after sales service and continuous technical
